Food.

I was feeling really frustrated recently about food. I never know what to eat, I felt all over the place, and had no idea what I was doing and I was hungry and feeling cranky. Sweet things tend to make me feel nausea, so I have to be a bit careful. All I could manage was mashed potato and gravy, some porridge for breakfast, and little wedges of super soft cheese (spread sort of). I was feeling pretty down. Yesterday I tried mashing up some baked beans and that was yum and nutritious too. My bestie suggested steaming the heck out of broccoli and cauliflower and having it with cheese sauce. I tried that today and it went down like a dream. Tasty, too. I was hungry fairly soon after, as seems to be the case regularly, so I decided to try and scramble up an egg. I did that with lots of milk to keep it soft, one of the super soft laughing cow cheese wedges and some salt and tomato sauce. SOoooo tasty. I was amazed that I couldn't eat it all. I don't think I even got through half. That seems madness. Good protein which is good too. I feel more positive about food today now.

Brekky - Maybe 1/4c porridge
Morning tea - cheese wedge
Lunch - smooshed vegies and cheese sauce
Arvo tea - 1/2 scrambled egg
Dinner - smooshed veg and cheese sauce
Supper - maybe a tablespoon mushed baked beans.

I feel more organised about eating now, too. It helps. I'm learning... very slowly, but still.
