Irony is I am too lazy to vlog this, so am typing it - and it is about being less lazy. Ha!
Anyhoo, I am still losing weight, but it's slowing a lot. On average, .4kg or .88 of a pound every week, which is nothing to worry about, it's still a loss, but this is me eating what I want and not moving at all. So that includes junk foods, crappy calorie laden drinks and stuff. For reasons I can't fathom, I have been thinking more about doing more towards losing this weight. I think comparison photos and feeling motivated to get to another goal which is 4kg off and being in the 80s. Anyway, I have always wanted to run, never could run for more than 10s if that. No, not even that. Maybe 5. I looked up the C25k program and decided I could only give it a go, so I did. And I ran. Well. Jogged. Badly. But I did it!!! 8 lots of 60s and I've done it twice now! I hope I stick with it because to run 5k would be like a bucket list thing. I never ever imagined I would ever do this, even what I am doing now. I am so proud of me! Yesterday I even rowed for 30min. I am eating better (not dieting, still indulging but more balanced). So will be interested to see firstly, how long I can keep this going, and secondly what impact it has on the weight loss. Fingers crossed.
